You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, scrape, reverse engineer, frame, mirror, resell, imitate, train AI models on, repurpose, or commercially exploit Vision Logiq content, systems, frameworks, strategies, or materials without written permission.
4. Limited Website License
Subject to these Terms, Vision Logiq grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our public websites for lawful, personal, internal business evaluation purposes. Competitors, agencies, consultants, vendors, lead generators, software companies, and contractors may not use Vision Logiq websites to copy, benchmark, clone, repurpose, reverse engineer, train systems on, or commercially exploit Vision Logiq intellectual property, methodologies, content, funnels, assessment systems, sales language, frameworks, or strategic positioning.
6. Assessments, Calculators, and Diagnostic Tools
Vision Logiq assessments, scorecards, calculators, opportunity gap estimates, diagnostic reports, and related tools are strategic, illustrative, and educational. They are not guarantees of revenue, rankings, results, signed cases, profitability, or return on investment.
Assessment outputs depend on information supplied by users and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or affected by market variables outside Vision Logiq’s control. Vision Logiq may use submitted information to prepare strategy sessions, evaluate business fit, generate internal notes, personalize recommendations, improve tools, and communicate with users.
7. No Marketing Performance Guarantees
Vision Logiq does not guarantee search rankings, Google Maps position, AI search placement, website traffic, ad approvals, lead volume, consultation volume, signed clients, revenue, profit, ROI, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, review volume, or any specific business result.
Marketing performance is affected by competition, budget, market conditions, intake quality, offer strength, platform policies, client responsiveness, reputation, legal compliance, algorithm changes, AI platform changes, third-party outages, and other factors outside Vision Logiq’s control.
Any examples, testimonials, projections, forecasts, case-study frameworks, calculators, or opportunity gaps are illustrative only and may not reflect typical or future results.
8. Third-Party Links and Platforms
Our websites may link to or integrate with third-party platforms including Calendly, Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, CRM systems, analytics platforms, payment processors, hosting providers, call tracking systems, email platforms, and advertising networks.
Vision Logiq does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for their content, policies, availability, errors, security, downtime, decisions, suspensions, pricing, data practices, or performance. Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their terms and privacy policies.

If you submit forms, assessments, messages, files, feedback, reviews, testimonials, website URLs, business information, or other content to Vision Logiq, you represent that you have authority to submit it and that it does not violate law, confidentiality duties, professional obligations, privacy rights, or third-party rights.
You grant Vision Logiq a limited right to use submitted information to respond to you, provide services, evaluate fit, prepare recommendations, operate systems, communicate with you, improve tools, and enforce legal rights. You remain responsible for accuracy and legality of submitted information.
10. Strategic Confidentiality
Certain Vision Logiq materials, including proposals, frameworks, assessment logic, strategic recommendations, campaign structures, pricing models, workflows, dashboards, prompts, SOPs, sales systems, and War Room methodologies, are proprietary and confidential even if shared during calls, proposals, diagnostics, or website interactions.
You may not disclose, publish, upload, copy, forward, provide to competitors, provide to other agencies, train AI systems on, or use Vision Logiq strategic materials outside the purpose for which they were provided.
11. Accounts, Access, and Security
If you receive access to a portal, report, dashboard, course, file, folder, platform, or protected area, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of credentials and restricting access to authorized personnel only. You must notify Vision Logiq promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
Vision Logiq may revoke or restrict access to protected resources at any time, including for non-payment, misuse, security risk, confidentiality concerns, or breach of any agreement.
12. Services, Payments, and Separate Agreements
These Terms govern website use. Paid services are also governed by invoices, proposals, statements of work, order forms, the Master Services Agreement, and any signed written agreement. If you purchase services from Vision Logiq, payment obligations, ownership, suspension, confidentiality, and deliverable terms may be governed by the Master Services Agreement.
To the extent these Terms conflict with a signed written agreement, the signed written agreement controls for that engagement only.
13. Privacy
Use of Vision Logiq websites is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our websites, forms, assessments, booking systems, or digital resources, you consent to the collection, use, sharing, and retention of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Vision Logiq websites and resources are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vision Logiq disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, security, or reliability.
Vision Logiq does not warrant that websites, forms, videos, calculators, assessments, analytics, or third-party integrations will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, current, or free from harmful components.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vision Logiq shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, loss of business opportunity, platform suspension, ranking loss, advertising account suspension, algorithmic impact, third-party failure, or business interruption damages arising from website use, content, assessments, calculators, third-party links, or reliance on information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vision Logiq’s total liability related to website use shall not exceed one hundred dollars or the amount you paid to Vision Logiq for the specific online resource giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vision Logiq, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, vendors, affiliates, successors, and assigns from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the websites, your submissions, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your infringement of third-party rights, your misuse of Vision Logiq content, or your breach of confidentiality obligations.
17. California Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory provisions of law or separate signed agreement, disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Orange County, California.
Vision Logiq may seek injunctive relief, emergency relief, collection remedies, intellectual property protection, confidentiality enforcement, or other equitable remedies in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary.
18. Changes to Terms
Vision Logiq may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on Vision Logiq websites with a revised effective date. Continued use of the websites after updates means the updated Terms apply prospectively.
